What it delivers
The Eemax EEM24013 13 kW Electric Tankless Water Heater is a compact electric tankless rated at 13 kW on 240 volts.
At a 45°F rise (mild inlet water to a 120°F set point) it holds about 2.0 GPM, less than one 2 GPM shower; in winter, at a 70°F rise, about 1.3 GPM, less than one 2 GPM shower. Check your house in the planner.
At 240 volts 13 kW is about 54 amps. The requirement calculator shows it at 208 V too; an electrician confirms the panel.
It skips venting entirely, but the amps are the hurdle: check the panel before the plumbing.
From the listing: material: Stainless Steel; model: EEM24013; warranty: 5 years for leaks and 1 year for parts.
