What it delivers
The Eemax HA027240 18 kW Electric Tankless Water Heater is a whole-house electric tankless on 240 volts. Its listing gives a maximum flow of 6.0 GPM.
The listing doesn't state its power in kilowatts, so its flow at your temperature rise can't be worked out from its own figures.
Electric tankless units need no venting and no gas, and work best where inlet water stays mild, because every degree of rise costs flow.
Also on the listing: features: special_feature; material: HAWA; model: HA027240; warranty: 1 Year Parts, 5 Year Heat Exchanger.
The listing gives dimensions of 20 in (W) x 7 in (H), a weight of 13.8 lb and electric tankless product in the box.
Warranty, per the listing: 1 Year Parts, 5 Year Heat Exchanger.
